The name Nordbak® has stood for quality and innovation in epoxyrepair materials for over 30 years. As the original brand of backingmaterials for mills and crushers, theLoctite® Nordbak® line continues tolead the way in product development, packaging innovation, anddispensing systems.

LOCTITE® NORDBAK® CRUSHER REPAIR PRODUCTSLoctite® Nordbak® Crusher RepairProducts are high-performance epoxysystems. Designed for maximumprotection and positive support of wearliners, Loctite® Nordbak® CrusherRepair Products are:• Compatible with all types

of crushers and grinding mills• Pourable or trowelable• Measurably safer and more

economical than conventional zinc backing

Loctite® Nordbak® Backing MaterialA 100% solids epoxy compound, Loctite® Nordbak® BackingMaterial is formulated for backing wear plates in conecrushers and grinding mills operating under normalconditions. Features include:• High compressive strength and impact resistance• High volumetric stability to eliminate gaps

between liners

Loctite® Nordbak® High Performance Backing MaterialDesigned for use in water flush systems and for protectingwear plates under the most demanding conditions,Loctite® Nordbak® High Performance Backing Material isformulated for:• Highest compressive strength and impact resistance• Extreme heavy-duty crushing• Water flush systems where hydrolytic stability

is required

Low viscosity Loctite®Nordbak® BackingMaterial pours easilybehind liners forming a non-gapping positive support.

Standard Loctite®Nordbak® BackingMaterial is recommendedfor support of wear linersin grinding mills andcone crushers.

Loctite® Nordbak® High Impact Backing MaterialA 100% solids epoxy system with elastomers for backingwear material in crushers and grinding mills, Loctite®
