Why it is important

HQIP receives a great deal of constructive, anecdotal feedback regarding national clinical audits - both positive and covering areas people feel could be strengthened.

NCAFM provides an effective on-line system that enables those involved in all aspects of participation in NCAs to comment on their experiences and make suggestions for improvement.

How we feedback: to project providers

For NCAPOP audits:

As part of the regular contracting and monitoring arrangements for existing projects, and to inform the development of new projects.

For all Quality Accounts projects:

Direct email to project manager of the relevant audit, to make them aware of the feedback.

All comments are fed back to NAGCAE/DH and may be use in discussions about the QA list.
