The Purpose of PTA:• To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place
of worship; and throughout the community• To raise the standards of home life;• To advocate for laws that further the education, physical and mental health, welfare,
and safety of children and youth;• To promote the collaboration and engagement of families and educators in the
education of children and youth;• To engage the public in united efforts to secure the physical, mental, emotional,
spiritual, and social well-being of all children and youth; and• To advocate for fiscal responsibility regarding public tax dollars in public education

Betty HartA trained actor and facilitator who leads the
Experiential Learning Team for Kaiser
Permanente Colorado’s Arts Integrated
Resources department—part of the Community
Benefit team. Betty has been facilitating
interactive workshops for over ten years. Betty
moved to Colorado to join this dynamic team
two and an half years ago.
Previously, she worked with Kaiser Permanente
Educational Theatre Programs (ETP) Georgia for
14 years. As the lead facilitator for Kaiser
Permanente Arts Integrated Resources, she has
the opportunity to share the message of laughter
as wellness with the community, schools,
corporate clients, senior citizens, and internally
within Kaiser Permanente. Betty enjoys helping
audiences discover the shared wisdom in the
room, and believes that laughter really is one of
the best medicines.

Chris Robbins
A Senior Program Lead for Southwest Airlines
University, focused on the professional
development of the University’s 300+ Staff, and
the consistency of all Customer
Service/Hospitality training for 48,000+
Southwest Airlines Employees. Chris has been
with Southwest since 1995, and has been
involved in learning and development for over 30
years. He is passionate about employee
engagement, talent development, and coaching
people to achieve their full potential.
Chris has tremendous life and leadership
experience, having worked in a variety of fields
including the commercial construction,
healthcare, automotive, and aviation industries.
He was also a very successful competitive
swimmer and coach for over 20 years.
After raising two children, Chris and his wife are
now “empty nest” grandparents who love to
travel, and enjoy scuba diving, playing golf, and
spending time at their family home in Kittredge
CO.
