GeneralDESCRIPTION / APPLICATIONThe submersible pumps of the SU series are multistage single suction centrifugal pumps. Various motor designs and various material and installation executions are available. The pump units are fi tted with an integrated non-return valve and a NEMA motor connection.
The pumps are designed for delivering non-aggressive pure cold water without solid or abrasive particles. A sand content of up to 50g per m3 of water is not critical.
The pumps are applied for pumping water, mineral wa-ter, sea water, or similar and are used for water pro-duction, water supply, circulation and pressure boost-ing in public, industrial and private areas; for delivering cooling water and industrial water in open or closed systems; in air conditioning systems, mixing plants, wa-ter treatment plants and on car wash sites; for swim-ming pools, fountains and test stands; for draining of mines and underground construction sites.

DESIGNATION
Manufacturing stainless steel of; Diffusers, impellers, suction case, discharge case provides maximum strength, durability, wear and tear restistance
Rubber bearings are wa-ter lubricated and have sand channels to make enable the sand particles leave the pump with the pumped liquid.
The stainless steel strainer prevents parti-cles over a certain size from entering the pump

Selection chartThis chart allows a provisional selection of the pump type most suitable for a given set of operating conditions. In certain cases it may be possible to use the next smaller pump type and this possibility should be included in the final selection.
