Legislation of RES Law no. 220/2008 for the settlement of the promotion system for electricity produced from renewable energy sources amended and republished
Government Decision no. 1069/2007 regarding the approval of the Romanian Energy Strategy for 2007-2020;
Decision no. 750/2008 for the approval of the Regional State Aid regarding the maximum use of the renewable energy resources;
Government Decision no. 1232/2011 for the approval of the Regulations of the emission and pursuit of the origin certificates for the electricity produced from renewable sources.
Regulation of ANRE „Number 14“ from 5th of March,2014 declares minimum and maximum values GC as follows: minimum price of 1 GC is 130,69 RON (29,280 €)
maximum price of 1 GC is 266,22 RON (59,647 €)
Government Decision No. 57/2013 amended by law 23/2014 on setting-up of GC purchase quota and postponing of 2/6 GCs until 01.04.2017
