Delivery Free UK next-day delivery on orders over £60 Delivery charges of £9.95 for orders under £60 What is the cut-off point for placing an order? Place your order before 3.00pm to receive your wine next working day. You can request a specific delivery date and we'll do our very best to accommodate it. Where it might take a bit longer... Deliveries to more remote parts of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands should be expected to take a bit longer - this will be confirmed ASAP. Needless to say, orders placed for delivery abroad will take longer too. Weekends / Bank Holidays Orders placed at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day; we do not tend to deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays but if you need a Saturday deliver we will be able to arrange it at an extra cost (please mail to: hello@redsquirrelwine.com). Delivering further afield Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Channel Isles will incur an extra charge of £17.50 (including VAT) and will take a bit longer to arrive (typically 3-5 days). If you live anywhere else (such as the EU) we should be able to deliver to you for an extra charge so please mail hello@redsquirrelwine.com to check.

Availability / Out of Stock All wines are sold and delivered subject to availability - if a particular wine is out of stock at the time of your ordering it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund. Cancelling or changing a delivery If you need to cancel or change a delivery, please let us know by contacting hello@redsquirrelwine.com at before 3.00pm on the day your order is being processed (i.e. the day you placed the order or the next working day if you placed your order after 3.00pm), otherwise it may be too late to cancel and you will be charged.
