Thoughts for RSAC

• TAC is changing....what does RSAC need to do to Change???• “Suppose” to align Goals to Strategic Plan

• But what are RSAC’s, not just VP Member Services Goals and Expectations???

• We have been essentially doing the same thing for the past 20 years– Similar Reports from the Regional Directors and Standing Committee

• We need to change too if RSAC is going to survive!!!

• So....what do we need to do to move forward???
