In mid-2010, Merchants Terminal engaged HelioSage as its exclusive advisor and project manager in connection with the design, procurement, installation, operation and maintenance of a 725kW solar energy system to be installed on a cold storage warehouse located in the City of Baltimore. After conducting an RFP process that attracted top national and international bidders, HelioSage assisted Merchants with the selection of a roof-mounted array that will be visible from I-95. Construction will commence in January, 2011. Mannington Mills Developed under the guidance of John Koontz, Senior Project Manager, the Mannington Mills solar array is a 603 kW array spanning 68,000 square feet of rooftop for the flooring manufacturer’s Salem, NJ warehousing and distribution center. The fixed tilt crystalline rooftop PV system was commissioned in 2008 and generates 700,000 kilowatt hours of electricity per year ‒ the equivalent of eliminating 500 metric tons of CO2 each year of operation. Red Clay Consolidated School District Located in Wilmington, Delaware, the Red Clay Consolidated School District is the 2 nd largest public school district in the state. In February 2009, Red Clay secured HelioSage via Power Purchase Agreement to design, install, own and operate a 51.48 kW solar PV array at the Brandywine Springs Elementary School. The Red Clay solar array was commissioned in April 2010 and remains the largest solar PV array constructed under Power Purchase Agreement in the state of Delaware.

Hunterdon Central Regional High School
Hunterdon Central, a recipient of state and national awards for excellence in education, is a public high school serving students from five municipalities in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Part of one of the largest, campus-style school districts in the state, Hunterdon Central retained HelioSage as PPA provider for a 55kW roof mounted solar array on its science building. Construction on this array was completed in November, 2010.
Elk River Windfarm
Located in Butler County, Kansas, the Elk River Windfarm is a 150 MW project currently operating pursuant to a long-term power purchase agreement with Empire District Electric Company. The project was developed by several of the Company’s principals while working with Greenlight Energy, Inc. Greenlight was responsible for the origination and development of the project and, following project permitting and
PPA execution, sold the project to PPM Energy. Elk River generates enough electricity for approximately 46,000 households.
Cedar Creek Windfarm
Located in Weld County, Colorado, the Cedar Creek Windfarm is a 300 MW project currently operating pursuant to a long-term power purchase agreement with Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel Energy). The project was developed by several of the Company’s principals while working with Greenlight Energy, Inc. Greenlight, along with its partner, Babcock & Brown, was responsible for the origination,
development and financing of the project. Cedar Creek Windfarm generates enough electricity for approximately 92,000 households. Contacts
