Southern Area Aquatic and Recreation Complex

and Brandywine Area Community Park

Adjacent to Stephen’s Crossing and accessible via a

proposed trail along Cattail Way, the new $37

million Southern Area Aquatic and Recreation

Complex has broken ground in 2017. This 75,000

square foot state of the art facility will include

indoor aquatic space, a gymnasium, a fitness room,

will be a multigenerational facility, to provide an
