    brings together power, mental

    balance, physical conditioning

    and self defense.

engaging your body and mind to

    improve flexibility and strength

    without building bulk.

Massage Massage therapypromotes relaxation, helps relievesore muscles and back pain, and

    enhances athletic performance.

Group Cycling If you needsweat in your workout, try this

    fun, mind-blowing indoor cycling

    motivates.

Basketball Hoops heaven:seven courts, three gyms and

    tons of open rec hours.

    News of foreclosures,

    bankruptcies and bailouts

    have become a regular and

    stressful part of life. But

    while the worlds troubled

    financial markets spin out of

control, there remainsan investment with aguaranteed positive return: your health. Followinga regular fitness routine will pay dividends almost

immediately in reduced stress, bettersleep, increased focus, and improvedenergy levels. Youll also find opportunities tomake social connections with friends andco-workers while working out a secondary butequally valuable benefit. What are the upfront costs

of this investment? Students pay only $10 per
