Select “reporting tools”

Select “query”

Select “query manager”

Enter Query Name:AGENCY_AWARDS_IN_PROGRESS

Click the “search” button

Click in the box next to the desired query name if youWant to put in in your favorites for easy reference.

Click the “Excel” link.

NOTE: It will take a little while for the query to run so there will beA wait for the results. This query doesn’t ask you for a POI butGoes straight to processing. It should only give you the results For your own state based on your security access to data. ThisQuery should show you all the CE and GS AWARDS in EmpowHRThat have not been processed to date.

Click “open”

If you get results for your State on this query then you have some researchand clean up to do. Your research should include a comparison of theNFC data base and EmpowHR. If there is no data, then you have noUnprocessed awards in EmpowHR.

When ready to exit theExcel file, click the “X”

To bookmark your favorite queries, enter a check markIn the box next to the applicable query name.

From the drop down menu for “action”, select“add to favorites” and then click the “go”Button.

You should now see your favorite query in withThe rest of your favorite queries for ready accessBeneath the notation “My Favorite Queries”

When ready to exit EmpowHR click the “Sign Out” button
