Each year your gifts to the school help to ensure that our students receive an excellent Catholic education. In today’s world this is an especially valuable advantage for each of our students. Not only do they benefit from high quality academic instruction, they are also formed with the spirit of the Gospel - learning the values of faith, hope, and charity, in order to live out the gospel in their daily lives.

At Saint Lawrence, we teach our students to be good disciples of Jesus and to be good stewards in the world. Each year our students give back by participating in a number of service projects, helping those who are less fortunate and those in need. I am happy and proud of how they understand and embrace the responsibility of giving back. Our school community is making a commitment to making the world a better place and it all starts with giving back and living out the Gospel message.

Over the next several pages of this Annual Report, you will get a glimpse of what it takes to make Saint Law-rence Elementary and Middle School work financially. You will also find the hundreds of donors and volun-teers who have shared their considerable time, talent and treasure with us.

Planned giving creates a legacy that will benefit generations of stu-dents and help ensure that the educational and spiritual objectives of Saint Lawrence Elementary and Middle School will continue into the future. Those who name Saint Lawrence Elementary and Mid-dle School as a beneficiary in their estate plan will be honored by membership into “Saint Lawrence Legacy”. Individuals or founda-tions are eligible for membership in Saint Lawrence Legacy if they

Golf Tournament The Saint Lawrence Golf Tournament hit the course on May 12, 2014 with 126 golfers soaking up the sun at Silver Creek Valley Country Club. This year’s tournament benefited the athletic departments at Saint Law-rence Schools, both the Academy and the Elementary and Middle School raised nearly $10,000.

Luck of Saint Lawrence LotteryFor its fourth year, The Luck of St. Lawrence Lottery continues to be a successful fundraiser for Saint Lawrence Elementary and Middle school. Last year you helped us to raise $23,335 to purchase technology items and improve curriculum at the di!erent grade levels! We are extremely thankful to our school com-munity for continuing to make the Luck of Saint Lawrence Lottery a successful fundraiser!
