My client are a privately owned, global engineering services and manufacturing group. A pioneer in their field, they service a diverse range of markets with an enviable porolio of clients based globally. Providing outstanding engineering services, as well as manufacturing their own range of markeng leading products, the business is embarking on an ambious expansion plan. Crical to that plans success is the appointment of a Sales Director to join the Board.Director to join the Board.

Reporng to and working closely with the CEO, applicants will have a demonstrable track record of success in personal sales delivery, driving strong margin, able to idenfy, develop and deliver profitable short, medium and long term opportunies. As well as idenfying opportunity amongst exisng clients, this individual will be able to idenfy and nurture new profitable markets, iniang plans to deliver my clients range of products and services.and services.

With an uncompromising stance on quality, delivery and innovaon, the Sales Director will demonstrate how they embody these principles in dealing with exisng and new customers.

As important is their ability to lead, movate and inspire a sales and markeng organisaon, leading by example, with humility, but an unwavering focus on the delivery of commercial objecves.

InIn keeping with their culture and ambion, my client need to recruit an exceponal commercial leader, who can represent and lead their business on the world stage. Highly movated, the Sales Director will combine strong personal values with outstanding business acumen, leading the realisaon of the strategic revenue and customer growth plans.

CandidatesCandidates will hail from an engineering background, and have a technical comprehension of electro-mechanical services and manufacturing. Previous experience in an environment of standardised and complex one off pieces of work, candidates will have worked to the highest quality and delivery standards.

Degree educated or equivalent in an engineering subject, candidates must be as comfortable on the shop floor as they are in the Boardroom. A skilled relaonship builder, outstanding influencing skills, building effecve partnerships internally and externally alike will be second nature.
