Technical Solutions and Characteristics of ReelsFriction brake,front (with micro-adjustment)

The adjustment system lets you smoothly change and select the required braking force for the shing line or cord in use. It consists of several brake disks, the diameter of which ensures the e ective braking force. The adjustment handle is always in a precise, xed position. The adjustment handle is located in front of the spool. FD

Rear friction-type brake (multiple disk) The smooth adjustment of the braking force is ensured by a large number of brake disks. The easy-to-operate brake located behind the reel allows quick adjustments to be made when playing the sh. RD

A system of paying out the shing line with a frame switch

Ball Bearings The ball bearings are made with high precision. They ensure the smooth rotation of the reel mechanism and assemblies; they also increasethe reels operation life.

Reinforced, stainless steel ball bearings The bearings are designed for increased loads. They have an increased operational life. Bearing material is not subject to corrosion.

Roller bearings The roller bearings withstand higher loads than ball bearings. They are installed in the important and most loaded assemblies of the reel mechanism. They ensure the operability of the reel anti-reverse mechanism and maximally extend the reels operation.

Instant anti-reverse (IAR) A special mechanism of the overrunning (backstop) clutch that prevents the minimum reverse rotation of the reel rotor. This eliminates all impact loads on the mechanism while playing the sh.

A shing line laying mechanism with an worm shaft A special mechanism of laying the shing line on the spool that guarantees a uniform, cross laying of the line while spooling.
