Crown (without pistons wt: 105MT)

was easy because pistons were not

installed . But it has to be lifted 18

feet up for installation of tie rods &

pistons.

Bed Erection was Little bit risky

110 MT has to be placed on

foundation which was deep around

3mtr.

Tie rods (14 Mt each ) were

installed for to maintained the

load balance.

Lifting of crown started

with 5 hydraulic jacks

(cap. 50 T). In 7 days the

desired height (18 ft.)

reach. But we want to

installed pistons at

(15ft.).

4 Nos. of pistons were installed at the height of 15 ft. Each wt. 11 MT.

After installing the pistons cown will be weighted 145 MT.

Erection of ram (80 MT) should be placed between crown and bed.

Tie rods should be lifted up at 33 meter height to install columns. And

again downed to connect columns', bed & crown together.

Installation of 3500 T Chinese hydraulic prees completed in

60 days.

•Bed Erection was easy 85 MT has to be placed on foundation which was deep around 4 mtr.

• 4 nos of gears to be installed with the crown and lifted 22

ft. up for erection of columns.

•Crown lifted 22 ft height

within 6 days by our

Hydraulic jacking system

•Columns erection donenow its time to fixed them with crown and bed by tie rods.

•Tie rod erection with
