RULES & REGULATIONS RENTS 1. All rents are to be paid in full, in advance.
2. All extended stays must be paid by 11:00am, check-out time.
SITE 1. Speed limit is 5 mph.
2. No wood campfires allowed.
3. There is to be no storage of any type around or under your RV (refrigerators, freezers, furniture, etc.).
4. Any use of portable electric heaters is strictly prohibited.
5. No clotheslines. We have a laundry room for this purpose.
6. Only one camping vehicle per site. All vehicles must be parked on your site. Limit of two vehicles and your RV. NO PARKING IN EMPTY SITES.
7. No parking on the streets. This is a fire lane and tow-away zone. No parking on the grass area.
8. Do not cut through other people’s sites.
9. All campers to remain on truck.
10. No vehicle repairs of any kind allowed.
11. No washing of any vehicle on site.
12. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am.
13. It is your responsibility to keep your site area neat and clean, including picking up your cigarette butts.
14. No loud noise (radio, talking, TVs, generators, etc.) at any time.
15. No power bike or dune buggy riding in the park.
16. Please use dumpster for all debris and keep dumpster lids closed.
DOGS AND PETS 1. Limit of two pets. No large dogs.
2. Cats and dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times.
3. Dogs are not to be tied up outside your RV when you are gone.
4. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS (dogs and cats).
5. Animals are not allowed in the restrooms, laundry room, pool area, golf course or play area.
6. If a pet becomes a continuing nuisance in the park (excessive barking, etc.), you will be asked to leave.

RULES, PLEASE REPORT THE SPACE NUMBER TO THE OFFICE.
LAUNDRY ROOM 1. Please remove laundry from machines as soon
as finished. 2. Please do not sit on the machines or tables. 3. Please use the ashtrays and trash containers
provided. 4. Do not leave laundry unattended.
POOL AREA AND BATHROOMS 1. Please help us keep bathrooms neat and clean
(inform your children of the same). 2. No glass containers of any kind allowed in the
pool area. 3. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult when swimming in the pool. 4. It is against the rules for anyone under 16 to use
the spa. 5. Pool and spa rules to be complied with as
posted. 6. Pool and spa hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. 7. Children under 16 are to be out of pool area by
7:30 pm. 8. No pets allowed in the pool area. No lifeguard
on duty.
MISCELLANEOUS 1. All guests must register at the office. $3.00 per
day per overnight guest. 2. Parents are responsible for their children and
visitors’ behavior and compliance with the park rules.
3. Curfew is 10:00 pm for children 18 and under. ALSO, children 18 and under must be at their park site by 10:00 pm.
4. Clubhouse hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE. Clubhouse rules are posted.
5. Anyone violating the above rules will be given a written warning. The third warning will result in your being asked to leave the park.
