• Quality central air conditioning

– Minimum air circulation

– Maximum dryness

– Independent control of humidity and temp

• Method of implementation

– Radiant cooling (chilled ceiling) to handle sensible load

– Deep dehumidification of make-up air and low-velocity distribution to handle latent load
