Our commitment is to continually improve our product manufacturing to be keen on techniques that help us be better citizens of the earth. All finishing processes use water-based formulas. Our woods are never endangered and our packaging is recycled materials.
At Somerton Dwelling we believe in creating quality case goods with water based wood veneer finishes and design details at an affordable price. Our upholstery items are smartly tailored and fabrics are chosen to meet both value and aesthetic expectations of our customers. Appealing to a young, and young at heart, consumer.
Somerton Dwelling’s new construction standards include built-in plugs, full extension drawer glides, French and English dovetails and stain finished inside drawers and felt lined silver caddies. Not to be overlooked is ample storage such as under bed drawers and nightlights where practical.

Veneers: Creating fancy veneers is an art and we are masters in this technique of top layering with beautiful and intr icate patterns of wood to present a desired effect. Random swirls, organic f igures and geometric shapes al l express the character of a specif ic concept. Our reputation in bending and molding these veneers is a furniture industry benchmark.
Woods and Finishes: Al l of our f inishes are water based to better protect the environment. The woods we select are never endangered species. The interpretation of f inish color to selected wood is a craftsmen’s ski l l learned from generations of training.
Paints: Each paint color is selected for on-trend decorating. Our designers select colors for versati l i ty in decorating and work with color special ists to ensure the shade and depth of each color is perfectly balanced for satisf ied effect.
Fabrics: Al l of our upholstery fabrics are qual ity made and selected for wear performance in their desired function.
