SPIG expertise covers both Multi-Row and the advanced Single-Row technology. Multi row tube technology design features covers round and elliptical tube geometry, round tube with aluminum fi n, fi n bond type G-fi n, L-fi n and Extruded or elliptical tube with hot-dip galvanized steel fi ns protection that can be described as good resistance against corrosion.

Single-Row aluminum fi n tube is the state of the art technology in vacuum steam condensers. The multiple rows, circular or elliptical tubes characterizing the Multi-Row are replaced with one larger fl at tube. The main advantages over Multi-Row can be summarized in increased thermal effi ciency, lower fan power consumption, non-freezing, higher resistance against corrosion and smaller plot area. The SPIG design is developed through in-house software for thermal rating as well as international HTRI thermal software. SPIG is also a proud member of the ACC Users Group.

The manufacture of SPIG state of the art Single Row Condenser Tube Bundle is carried out by SPIG China located in Shanxi Province. The entire operation is ISO9001:2008 certifi ed from row material to production processes and testing, including general management.

ServiceIn order to avoid unscheduled shut down and guarantee the optimal performance of the plant, an effective maintenance program must be considered. The SPIG service team is specialised in the maintenance, overhaul, revamping, spare parts supply, Global Service and Online remote monitoring System of Air Cooled Condensers and Air Fin Coolers.

The SPIG R&D department has developed the UNICO, a customized unique online continuous monitoring system designed to improve plant effi ciency by processing parameters and mechanical equipment conditions. UNICO is a smart system suitable to optimize Air Cooled Condensers operation. UNICO is an outstanding tool aimed at assuring the global performance of the Cooling Systems and enhancing plant management. SPIG provides fl exible, customized technical solutions able to satisfy any customer requirement.
