The term of our current lay secretary, Mrs. Zulema Echerivel expires in November 2019. Monsignor Raul Trevizo has nom-inated Zulema for another term in position. In addition to Monsignor’s nomination, registered members of the parish may submit names for this position by obtaining a total of 10 registered members’ signatures and turning them in to the Par-ish Office. If necessary, a Parish wide Election will be held the weekend of November 23/24 after all masses. Nominations will close on Monday, November 18, 2019. The St, Joseph Catholic Healthcare Endowment Fund announces opportunities for nursing scholarships for those currently enrolled and matriculated in Pima Community College’s nursing program. After earning their degree, scholarship recipients are required to commit two years of employment in a Catholic-sponsored hospital, ministry or program in the Diocese of Tucson (Carondelet St. Mary’s, St Joseph’s, Holy Cross, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, etc.).
