(This is the time to update the New Safe Environment Compliance Requirements)
With the new system developed by the Archdiocese, every employee, volunteer, coach, and everyone who ministers to minors and vulnerable adults are required to register in this new system before the end of 2020. For those who previously attended a Protecting God’s Children workshop in the Archdiocese, your previous training will transfer to this new system. However, everyone must register for a new background screening, view two online training modules and read and sign a new Code of Ethical Conduct. The process for doing this is to log onto: preventandprotectstl.org. Next, click Register which is below the LOG IN button. You will then be prompted to enter a passcode, which is stlprotect. Next select your location, which is St. Sabina Parish (Florissant). This indicate the roles you have at your location, (example: employee, volunteer, coach, St. Vincent de Paul, etc.) Then you will be asked for your personal information for the background screening (please use your legal first name). Next you will need to create your own user name, password, and password clue. Agree to the Terms of Use and then click SUBMIT. Baptism Baptism classes are held the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Please register in advance by calling the Parish Office. Baptisms are at 11:30 a.m. on the 3rd Sunday and during the 10:00 a.m. Mass on the 4th Sunday of the month.
Marriage Arrangements must be made at least 12 months in ad-vance of the desired date. The couple must contact the Priest or one of the Deacons prior to reserving the date. Couples must comply with the Archdiocesan Common Policy on the Sacrament of Matrimony and the Parish Guidelines.
