System Start up 1. Turn the power strip (#1) next to the computer. 2. Start PC (#2) and WAIT until you get to the Windows desktop. 3. Turn on Ibidi 37 o C/CO 2 /O 2 environmental controller if needed (note: system requires ~30min to equilibrate) 4. Log in Windows using UIC User account. 5. Log in with UIC iLab account information. 6. Start NIS-Elements from desktop icon. Shutdown of System 1. Transfer saved files to removable media, or server. Do not leave your files on the computer. NEVER save any files to the C: drive. 2. Close all applications. Select Shutdown BEFORE logging out of iLab when done (if no one is waiting). 3. Clean up. 4. Become rich and famous! stage) next to the Ibidi controllers. Note: system requires ~30min to equilibrate

2.  Tilt transmitted light head back. 3.  Remove stage screws and stage.

4.  Install 96-well plate insert. 5.  Install correct insert for Ibidi stage

(slide or 35mm dish)
