marcus amphitHeaterAll reserved tickets for Marcus Amphitheater shows during Summerfest include admission to the festival. For select shows, a limited number of free bar-coded wristbands for general admission lawn access will be available at the #SFLive Lounge (located in the Columbia St. Mary’s Cool Down Lounge) the day of the performance from Noon – 5:00 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before receiving a free Marcus Amphitheater wristband or attending the show.

BmO Harris paviliOnBlue Circle Seat Passes are valid after 7:00 pm for each opening act and headlining show during Summerfest. Blue Circle Seat Passes for BMO Harris Pavilion shows during Summerfest do not include admission to the festival. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before attending the show.

Fans have two options to secure Blue Circle Seat Passes:· Advance Online Release: Approximately half of the Blue Circle Seat Passes for each

headlining show will be available online at Ticketmaster.com for FREE, however there is a Ticketmaster convenience fee of $5/pass. Fans may receive a maximum of four (4) passes per order online.

· Day of Show Onsite Release: New for 2013, approximately half of the Blue Circle Seat Passes for each headlining show will be available the day of the show at the Interior Summerfest Box Office (located inside the South Gate at Henry Maier Festival Park) beginning at 2:00 pm with the exception of The Zombies with special guest Et Tu Bruce’ and Cody Simpson with special guest Ryan Beatty whose Blue Circle Seat Passes will be available at Noon on the performance date.  Fans may receive a maximum of two (2) passes per person onsite.

During the festival, the spotlight shines on over 800 acts, over 1,000 performances, 11 stages, delectable food and beverages and

save time and skip the line! Purchase tickets online via Summerfest Instant Tickets at Summerfest.com. Tickets can be printed at home and no service fees apply. All tickets below can also be purchased at any Summerfest gate. Same prices apply. Admission tickets are valid for one day only. Not for resale. No refunds.

Adults and Children over 10:Weekday Admission Ticket $10

(valid Tuesday – Friday, prior to 4:00 pm)

General Admission Ticket $17 (valid anytime, including evenings and weekends)

Seniors (60 and over): $5 at all timesChildren (10 and under): $5 at all timesInfants (2 and under): FREE

3-Day Pass: $39 Save $12 off the evening and weekend admission price! 3-Day Passes are valid for one admission per day and are non-transferable.

Exit & Re-entry Policy Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30 pm daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and there are no re-entries after 7:00 pm. Additionally, no wristbands for re-entry will be issued on Sunday, July 7, 2013.

Notice on Counterfeit Tickets Summerfest strongly urges all patrons to avoid purchasing tickets on the street from unauthorized sources, as the tickets may be counterfeit. For your own protection, tickets should only be purchased at Summerfest ticket windows, Summerfest.com or Ticketmaster. Counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will not be honored.

parking Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Preferred Parking is only $20 and Exclusive Parking is only $35. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates during Summerfest may be purchased online, at the Summerfest Box Office or via phone.

Thursday, June 27 • 12:00 – 4:00 pm direct supply seniOrFest dayAll patrons age 60 and up arriving between Noon – 4:00 pm will be admitted FREE when they check in at any gate.  Those seniors will also receive an offer for $2 off a food and beverage (non-alcoholic) purchase over $10.  Spend a fun-filled day enjoying big band performances and more!  Check out exhibits and enjoy additional programming from the United Ethnic Festivals.

Friday, June 28 • 12:00 – 3:00 pm or while supplies lastklement’s dayThe first 1,500 patrons will receive one (1) FREE Weekday Admission ticket when they provide a Klement’s product label (8 oz. or larger) and a non-perishable food item. All donations to benefit Feeding America.

In addition, Noon – 2:00 pm is $1 Klement’s Brat Day with Major Goolsby’s and Alpha Baking.  Purchase a $1 brat (one per person) and proceeds will benefit Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and the Summerfest Foundation.

In addition, H.O.G.® members will have exclusive access to the Harley-Davidson Hospitality Deck located at the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse between 5:00 - 9:00 pm. Limited space; first come, first served. Once the deck reaches capacity, access will be on a “one out, one in” basis.

Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. will host its 5th Annual “Summerfest Salute,” to honor members of the U.S. military and their families with a celebration including music and displays.

UB the Band! Hey kids, want to be a “real” rockstar? Now’s your chance to shine! UB the Band brings all the gear, including colorful drum sets for ages 2 – adult, awesome character and special guitars complete with wireless microphones, stage monitors, real stage lighting and all the trimmings. No experience necessary!

F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Kids of all ages can take the controls of miniature remote controlled robots. The robots are built by teenage members of Charger Robotics Team 537 from Hamilton High School in Sussex, WI. servicesATM/Cash Transactions: Patrons can make cash transactions by using their bank or credit cards at ATMs on the festival site. The following cards will be accepted at the ATMs: Pulse, Star, MasterCard, Cirrus, Visa, Plus, American Express and Discover. See Grounds Map for locations.

Access for People with Disabilities: For complete information on accessibility on the grounds, a free brochure is available at all information booths on the festival grounds, the Summerfest Box Office and at the NSCIA Respite Pavilion or visit Summerfest.com.

Facility Access: Accessible picnic tables, drinking fountains and accessible restrooms are located throughout the grounds and in the Marcus Amphitheater. Accessible seating is also available at the Marcus Amphitheater and at all stage areas on a first-come, first-served basis. The First Aid Building pay phone includes a TTY option.

Accessible Parking: Spaces are available in Lots G & H. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park in accessible spaces. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

National Spinal Cord Injury Association Respite Pavilion: Located south of the Miller Lite Oasis, this facility is specifically designed for the comfort of our patrons who have a disability or a unique need. The pavilion includes a fully accessible shower and restroom facilities, air-conditioned rest area and an outdoor observation deck.

Summerfest Courtesy Vest Program: Program volunteers will be stationed at the Mid Gate and throughout the festival grounds to provide staff volunteer support and to promote the programs and services available to people with disabilities.

Drinking Fountains: Located at all restroom locations and in the Northwestern Mutual Children’s Playzone.

Fire Department: The City of Milwaukee Fire Department provides personnel and equipment for Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Services and Fire Education.

First Aid: Available at North, Mid and South Gates. Sponsored by Columbia - St. Mary’s, Inc.

Lost & Found: The City of Milwaukee Police Department provides police services and staff for the Lost & Found, located south of the Harley-Davidson® Roadhouse.

Lost Children’s Area: There is a designated area near the Mid Gate for children who become separated from their parents.  Children are brought to this secure area and checked in by a member of the Summerfest staff.  In addition, identification wristbands are available at all gates for parents to write down emergency contact information. Sponsored by Columbia St. Mary’s.

Adults that become separated from their group should use the Official Summerfest Meeting Place “Meet me at the fountain!” located near the Mid Gate.

Motorcycle Parking: Free motorcycle parking near the Mid Gate, sponsored by Harley-Davidson®, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking: Available at nearby lots at rates posted.

Police: The City of Milwaukee Police Department provides police services.

Restrooms: Restroom areas are conveniently located throughout the grounds.

Strollers & Wheelchairs: Limited rentals available at the North, Mid and South Gates (with proper identification).

Sundries & Notions: Gum, film, cigarettes, suntan lotion and more are available for purchase.

Taxi Stands: During Summerfest only, standard taxi service is available outside the South Gate two blocks west on Jackson Street, one block west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street at Jackson and one block north of the North Gate on Michigan.
