A Family Perspective by Bud Ozar: Mary was

excited abut her first pregnancy and rushed to tell

her cousin. Sadly, children are often seen as a

liability, “another mouth to feed,” or an “obstacle to

my career.” It is said “Christmas is for children.” It

is more accurate to say “Christmas is for adults to

appreciate the gift of children!”

Stewardship Reflection: Rejoice! The Word became flesh and

dwells among us! Oh, come, let us adore Him!

No Eucharistic Adoration until January 7 - Merry Christmas!! No Confession Thursday

John Paul II School News Robin Cahoy, Principal — 996-2365

As John Paul II School breaks for the

Christmas Holiday after school on Dec. 18, the

entire staff would like to wish all parishioners

of Holy Family and Holy Spirit Parishes a very blessed and Holy

Christmas. Your support through your time, treasures, and talents

make it possible for our school to flourish and demonstrate to our

children how to live their faith on a daily basis. What a wonderful

gift is available to our parish families because of your support!

I would like to give a very special thank you to the

many families and parishioners who remembered our

staff during this holy season. The lunches, snacks, scrip

certificates, and gifts are appreciated by our school staff

more than you know. Thank you so much. We are truly blessed.

Classes at John Paul II will resume on Monday, January 4.

Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas!
