1 Applicable Activity
By participation in the activity organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“KLUB 11”) as set out

2.1 Offer 1:
Members may redeem the following rewards on the date of transaction (“Rewards”) upon

2.2 Offer 2:
2.2.1 Upon accumulating same-day spending of HK$4,000 with an Eligible Credit Card at
the same mall (either K11 MUSEA (during Phase 1 & 2 of the Promotion Period) or
K11 Art Mall (during Phase 2 of the Promotion Period only)) to enroll as KLUB 11 Gold
Card Member (original spending requirement: HK$5,000).
2.2.2 Customers have to present their Eligible Credit Card together with Eligible Receipts
(with a minimum spending of HK$50 for each receipt) from K11 MUSEA or K11 Art
Mall on the same day at the KLUB 11 Koncierge of the mall from which receipts are
obtained to register as a KLUB 11 Gold Card Member.
2.3 Offer 3:
Spend with the Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy shopping
privileges at selected K11 MUSEA merchants.
3 Redemption Restriction
3.1 Offer 1:
3.1.1 Each Eligible Credit Card holder is required to become KLUB 11 Member to redeem
Offer 1.
3.1.2 Offers can only be redeemed on the day of spending and reward from each spending
tier can only be redeemed once on the same day.
3.1.3 Each Eligible Credit Card holder is entitled to receive a maximum Reward value of
$2,650 each day.
3.1.4 All Eligible Receipts must be from the same mall only and the Offer must be redeemed
from KLUB 11 Koncierge of the mall from which receipts are obtained. Offer will not be
given to Eligible Credit Card holders who present a mix of receipts from K11 Art Mall
and K11 MUSEA.
3.1.5 Gift vouchers and K Dollar Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts or privileges.
3.1.6 Use of gift vouchers is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
3.1.7 Use of K Dollar is subject to participating merchants in K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall.

3.1.8 If the Eligible Transaction relating to the Eligible Receipt used in redeeming any
Rewards is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, resulting in the
total spending amount less than the requisite amount to redeem the Reward, K11 has
the right to request each Eligible Cardholder to pay to K11 at the designated KLUB 11
Koncierge at the full or pro-rata amount of the redeemed Reward. Until the Eligible
Credit Card holder has paid the money to K11, the relevant merchant shall have the
right not to give any refund to the Eligible Credit Card holder.
3.2 Offer 2:
All Eligible Receipts must be from the same mall only and the Offer must be redeemed from
KLUB 11 Koncierge of the mall from which receipts are obtained. Offer will not be given to
Eligible Credit Card holders who present a mix of receipts from K11 Art Mall and K11 MUSEA.
3.3 Offer 3:
Offer cannot be transfered or exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts or
used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discounts, vouchers or VIP
privileges (unless otherwise specified). Customers may check with the participating
merchants for details.
4 Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity
4.1 Terms Used
4.1.1 “Eligible Credit Card” refers to any Hong Kong Dollar primary, combined additional,
separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards
(applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and
Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and
assigns).
4.1.2 “Eligible Receipt” means an original machine-printed receipt issued by a merchant
at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall on the date of redemption for an Eligible
Transaction. KLUB 11 does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts
and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that KLUB 11 suspects to be
invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without
any need for explanation.
4.1.3 “Eligible Transaction” means a consumer transaction paid by Eligible Credit Card
between anyone and a merchant at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall but excludes:
(a) any purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-
paid cards;
(b) adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(c) installment, partial, deposit, or advance payments;
(d) any spending at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, Rosewood Hong Kong;
(e) any spending at Victoria Playpark;

(f) any spending at particular merchants as stated in KLUB 11 Programme Terms and
Conditions (which may be updated from time to time without prior notice);
(g) charity donations;
(h) purchase of membership;
(i) currency exchange;
(j) any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or
utility bills)
(k) purchase of ticketing services (such as concert ticket);
(l) bank transactions; spending at travel agent; insurance transactions; short-term
promotion booth;
(m) bill payments; any value added receipts; online shopping or payment;
