Guest attendance:- Final number of guests to be confirmed 30 days

prior to your function. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. No refund will be given should that number reduce.

- If number of guests increases, your account will be charged accordingly.

Venue hire:- Fox Gordon’s Adelaide Hills cellar door is a working

vineyard and has uneven surfaces. Special assistance may be required for elderly and disabled guests. Please be mindful of this if wearing heels.

- All functions are to be completed by 12 am.- In accordance with legislation, smoking is

permitted in designated smoking areas only.- A charge of $250 per hour, or part thereof, will be

applied after 12 am.- We are a hills locality, all guest transport to be

arranged prior to the event.

Deliveries, access and storage:- Management must be advised of all deliveries

and collections made to and from either Fox Gordon venues.

- Assistance in moving in and out of equipment will only be possible if staff are available.

- Fox Gordon is not responsible for any breakages or misplaced items from guests or suppliers.

- Fox Gordon does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of goods left on the premises before, during or after an event including gifts, decorations and other client property.

- Items left at Fox Gordon for longer than 7 days after the event will be discarded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully. On paying your non-refundable deposit you are agreeing to the outlined conditions.

Booking conformation, deposit and payments:- Site hire fee is required within 14 days of

selecting a date to secure the booking. This is non-refundable.

- A booking is deemed tentative until confirmed by a deposit. Fox Gordon wines will hold a tentative booking for 14 days and have the right to release that date and allocate it to another client where no payment has been received after the 14 days.

- An invoice for wine consumption and any other additional charges will be issued within 7 days after the event. Payment is required within 7 days of receipt.

- Payment is accepted via cash, credit card or direct deposit.

Fox Gordon beverage packages:- All wines are to be supplied by Fox Gordon as

per price list.- BYO refers to beers, ciders and spirits only.- All other beverages, including spirits brought

onto the property, require authorisation from management.

- Prices and wine vintages are subject to change at the discretion of Fox Gordon.

- Final drinks will be served at the completion of the 6-hour duration. Fox Gordon beverage packages include use of cellar door tasting area, wooden bar, half barrels with ice for service, and drinks fridges to store and refrigerate BYO beverages from the Friday prior to your function and during the event.

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) as stated in the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 will be adhered to at all times.

- No service of alcohol to minors.- Management reserves the right to refuse

service or remove from the premises guests who are intoxicated.

Fox Gordon is a boutique vineyard, winery and cellar door situated at Kuitpo

Forest in the Adelaide Hills, only a five minute drive from McLaren Vale.

This beautiful site is unique with amazing views that stretch out across the vineyards

and southern Mount Lofty Ranges.

We are dedicated to providing bespoke events with the highest level

of customer service.

Catering for intimate groups or up to 300 people, Fox Gordon will make your

event a truly memorable experience.

WHO WE AREFox Gordon is owned by Sam and Rachel Atkins. The Atkins family started farming in 1929 when Hastings Bill Atkins purchased ‘Yarrawee’ at Meadows, in the picturesque southern Adelaide Hills.

Our Kuitpo Forest vineyard and cellar door is 10 kilometres south from Atkins Farm and represents the family’s continuing passion for the region, the land and the Australian wine industry.

WHAT WE DOWorking from paddock to plate, we produce award winning wines. We are intricately involved in every aspect of growing our fruit through sustainable vineyard practices; to making the wine and branding; and selling the product to ensure maximum enjoyment.

Along with this, we host bespoke events at our two Fox Gordon cellar doors, Goodwood and Kuitpo. From intimate gatherings with cheese and wine, to weddings, long table lunches and yoga retreats.

Our cellar doors are perfect blank canvases, giving you the opportunity to work with different suppliers to create your own unique event.

FURNITURE AND MARQUEE HIRE

Our extensive lawn area is fenced and able to accommodate large marquees. Due to the flexibility of the venue, how you style your event is entirely up to you.

Customers, couples, bridal parties and families are welcome to come to either of our cellar doors for a complimentary tasting, where you can experience our wines and decide on which varietals and styles best suit your event.

CITY CELLAR DOORLocated in Goodwood, our city cellar door is a unique and luxurious tasting room. Visit us for a private tasting, or host your own memorable event. We also offer a generous cheese and grazing table to complement your event.

Included in your hire:- Up to 20 seated or 30 standing guests- Use of furniture, wine barrels, tables, music,

TV and kitchenette- All wine (25% off RRP), soft drinks and

sparkling water invoiced after the event- A function coordinator who will assist

with hiring of additional furniture, coordination of suppliers, event styling, design and all related deliveries.

KUITPO FOREST CELLAR DOORAll event packages include hire of the cellar door, lawns and vineyard, for the day of your event. Prices will differ on the size and number of people in attendance.

Included in your hire:- Up to 200 seated or 300 standing guests

outdoor, or an intimate gathering for up to 50 guests indoor

- Use of furniture, i.e. wine barrels, chairs, stools and umbrellas

- Exclusive access to vineyards, grounds and cellar door for photography

- All wine at special events prices, soft drinks and sparkling water invoiced after the event (beer and spirits to be supplied by the customer)

- A function coordinator who will assist with hiring of additional furniture, coordination of suppliers, event styling, design and all related deliveries

- Option to book our exclusive CABN accommodation.

CATERING

The flexibility of our Kuitpo venue lends itself to a wide range of events, anything from a formal sit-down dinner, to food trucks and pizza ovens. The options are as broad as your imagination.

Fox Gordon does not provide catering but we do provide facilities for your chosen caterer to use. Our conveniently located catering area offers power, washing up facilities and access to the area for mobile fridges, ovens and other catering equipment.

WHAT’S NEXT?As weddings are often booked 12 months in advance and dates can fill quickly, we recommend you call or email our team to request a tentative booking.

We understand that decisions take time, therefore a tentative booking provides you with the ability to hold a date for 14 days. This allows you time to request a quote and view our facilities whilst having peace of mind that your date won’t be booked by anyone else.
