All orders must be accompanied by a 50% deposit, with the balance due PRIOR to shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard or studio cheque. If paying by studio cheque, please allow additional time for clearance. Sorry, but we do not ship C.O.D.!

All orders will be shipped Canada Post Express service, unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to order totals.

Please indicate desired ship date on your order. This date will be the latest date your order will be shipped from Sixo, so please allow suffi cient lead time (Transit time: Approx. 5 to 10 business days’.)

Please order early! While every effort is made to meet shipping deadlines, delivery dates are approximate, so please allow for possible shipping delays.

Returns While we gladly accept any returns in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.ALL returns must be authorized by Six0 AND returned within 10 days of receipt of order.

Size exchangesCostumes may be exchanged for different sizes under the following conditions. 1. Exchange requests must be brought to our

attention within 2 weeks of receipt of order. 2. In order for us to match dye lots, any costumes

for exchange must be received by Six0 prior to our sending the replacement costumes.

3. Exchanges are for same style and colour as original order.

4. While every effort will be made to meet exchange ship date requests,

Time sensitive exchanges (where possible) may incur an additional charge.

Order add-onsWe completely understand last minute add-ons or changes and wherever possible we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
