and turn left at McDonald's opposite the Country Club and Bowling Greens.

• Sellers set-up only from 3.00pm to 8.00pm on Saturday and from 6.00am Sunday enter via – Ourimbah Street !!

• Overnight camping fee applies for Saturday arrivals

• Limited number of Under Cover sites $20

• Plenty of Open Air sites $15.00

• Car Display entry $10 per car for registered cars

• Car Corral entry $15 per car

• All Display & Corral Vehicles enter via rear showground gates off Freeman's Drive.

Hello Holden Members,

Just a few words this month. ChromeFest on the 24th October

was a wash out and organisers cancelled the Sunday Event.

Many thanks to Don Strothfield, Eddy Tabone and Barbara who

did turn up before it was cancelled. While Don went home,

Eddy, Barb and myself enjoyed a cooked breakfast at the café

where many other die hard car owners were. ChromeFest has

been rescheduled for Sunday 12th December.

This club would like to introduce new members Trevor

McCullough, Jeff Browne, Jonathan and Trevor Byrd

And hope they will enjoy this club and are made to feel

welcomed by existing members.

Hope to see you at Shannon Aussie Big 3 showdown at Bargoed

House Swansea.

Please remember that our annual family display day is on at

Lakes Beach on 21st November and our presentation dinner at

the Dam Hotel on 4th Dec is coming up and we have to have

numbers early this month.

Minutes of meeting held on 6th September 2010 were tabled and accepted by

Brian Edwards and seconded by Bob Fitzgerald. Minutes carried.

Avondale show 12 vehicles. Good day. Coming events VT asked events co-

ordinator to outline coming events. Vince spoke to Bob in regards to approaching

Central Coast Holden will contact sales manager.

.Chromefest -: The Entrance can download entry form. Club members to meet at

lower side playground of school. Organise with Vince a time-must be there at

0800hrs (Campbell Parade).

.November “Aussie Big 3” Swansea (anything Holden). $20 arrive 0700hrs, setup

0730hrs. Meet “twin servo” truck bay.

.End November “Family Display Day” Lakes Beach car park need numbers. Vince

to contact “Hot Rod Car Club”.

.December – end of year “Snake Creek Dam Hotel” Wadalba. Numbers needed by

November $5/ person (holding fee). 1900hrs start time.

.Ideas invited so to plan and prepare a calendar of events. Brian suggested

Stockrington “drive in” January. Contact Chris if any ideas.

1st November – 011110 General Meeting, Lisarow-Ourimbah RSL

7:15pm for 7:30pm start.

7th November – 011170 Shannons Aussie Big 3 Showdown at Bargoed House

Swansea. Set up from 7:30am Club members meet at twin servos at 7am

for a run up to Swansea. $20 entry to charity. Open to all Aussie Chrysler,

Ford and Holden cars with chrome bumpers or up to 1976 models. Raising

funds for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

21st November – 011112 End of year Family Display Day At Lakes Beach Surf

Club car park. Set up 9am. Let club Events Organizer know if you and family

and friends are coming so we can cater for you.

DECEMBER

4th December – 012140 End of year Presentation Night and Dinner To be

held at the Snake Creek Cattle Co. Restaurant, located at the Dam Hotel,

Wadalba, which is just north of Wyong on Pacific Highway. $5 per person in

order to confirm numbers by November.

6th December - General Meeting, Lisarow-Ourimbah RSL

7:15pm for 7:30pm start.

Care). Don went to shed and sorted trailer no issues.
