Our locker manufacturing plant, located in Caerphilly near the M4, occupies some 35,000 sq feet of a ½ acre site that enables us to have complete control over the locker manufacturing process.
LOCKER MANUFACTURE
Our standard classic lockers are constructed from spot welded
mild steel and are available with flat or integral sloping tops.
FEATURES
Skid rail bottoms - One piece locker base is designed to give additional strength and also has the benefit of glides to protect the floor and allow flow of air to assist drying under the locker.
Double edged pillars – Door pillars are safety edged on all exposed edges, both on hinge side and door edge for extra strength and protection.
Stiffened doors –All doors have full length stiffeners made of the same gauge material as the door.
Integral sloping top – The sloping top is an integral part of the locker side and not an attachment that sits on the top.
Lock enclosure – The lock enclosure is designed to fit a self-adhesive number plate or your own name card.

PREMIERLOCKERS
FEATURES
A range of lockers with Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) doors fitted to a steel carcass with a bolt through supercoated hinge. This gives you a locker with the combined advantage of SGL doors combined with the strength of the spot welded steel carcass. The result of this marriage is an extremely robust locker built to resist vandalism at an affordable price. Available in the full range of standard sizes with a flat or sloping top. The sloping top is an integral part of the locker not just an addition.

• Ideal for the education sector or areas where the lockers are a feature.

EMERGENCY SERVICE LOCKERS
Fireman’s Boot seat Locker has a fixed shelf,
with a coat rail and two coat hooks. The lift
up lid is retained in the closed position by
the main door when locked.
A top blanket/storage box is available to add
to the top of this locker increasing the
storage potential if required.
The locker is fitted with a hat shelf and a
central divider, with three fixed shelves on
the left hand side, and a coat rail and one
fixed coat hook on the right hand side.
Available with flat or sloping tops in various
sizes. On widths of 525mm & 600mm we
offer a 3 point espagnolette lock.

Internal fittings include a hat shelf at 350mm down from top, and a central divider to offer separate storage of clothing on two coat hooks. A coat rail and one hook is offered in lockers 450mm or deeper.
Flap at top allows the posting of dirty garments into the locker which has 6 internal hooks to support a laundry bag (not supplied). Door locks are paired with main door frame on the garment dispenser locker for ease of use.
Offered to provide storage for a combination of clothing and equipment. Top compartment 250mm high, no internal fittings and locks into lower doors, accessible to user and laundry operative. Lower compartment 250mm high fixed shelf, coat rail and one hook. Accessible only to the user.
Designed for the laundry operative to dispense garments. Available with 5, 10 and 15 door options. No internal fittings. Main door frame is hinged to allow access to all compartments.
A locker to be used where space is at a premium, offering storage for two people in the same locker. Each person has a hanging compartment and a small locker compartment with paired locks allowing each person total privacy and security.

• Provides a practical and cost effective alternative to more expensive
stainless steel options
• The carcass is manufactured from one piece of 1.5mm aluminium flat sheet,
as used in the automotive industry 5754H22. Available on all lockers up to
450mm wide by 450 deep. Carcasses, shelves, tops and bottoms are
powder coated in silver grey
• This fully spot welded construction provides additional strength as well as
creates smooth lines and attractive appearance whilst ensuring an easy
to clean solution for high-traffic changing room environments
• Solid grade laminate doors available as plant on or inset. Plant on doors
have self-cleaning wet area hinges. Inset doors have semi concealed hinges.
Doors are manufactured from 10mm Arpa Athlon range with bull nosed
edges

The Supreme Locker range is designed specifically for wet area use, which allows the locker to be exposed to wet or humid atmoshperes for long periods & time such as leisure centres, swimming pools and spa changing rooms.

The TITAN and TITAN PLUS offer a more robust locker, and
are the tough guys in our brochure.
The TITAN can help eliminate the damage that can often happen
when lockers are badly used. The doors and stiffeners are made
from 1.2mm steel and are safety edged, then secured to specially
strengthened pillars.
These lockers are ideal for schools, colleges, or any area where
there is heavy usage or where damage may be a re-occurring
problem.
Titan Plus
This locker offers the same range of features and sizes as the Titan
but with an even heavier gauge mild steel door.
Doors and stiffeners are made from 1.5mm gauge Mild steel.
We can offer a complete range of sizes from a full length locker to
a 6 tier unit, with flat or sloping top, in sizes from 1800mm x 300w
x 300d to 1800 x 450w x 450d.
TITAN & TITAN PLUS LOCKERS

The TITAN and TITAN Plus range offer a more robust locker.This is ideal for schools or any area where there is heavy usage, or where damage may be a problem. There are a wide range of sizes.

The stand seat raises the locker 400mm off the floor

All lockers come as standard with either camlock with 2 keys or a hasp and staple fitting suitable for a padlock which is not supplied. Other options are available
Our 10 lever Cam Lock provides an economical locking option. Master keyes are available.
This lock fitting is suitable for use with a padlock with minimum shank of 5.8mm and maximum shank of 6.8mm. Padlocks not supplied.
Ideal where locks are shared. The key is released when the coin/token is inserted. The coin/token is returned to the user when the door is opened.
Also suitable where locks are shared. This option allows the the coin/token to be retained as an additional income stream.
This is a battery operated keyless lock which can be programmed for private or public use.
This is a keyless locking solution. Master keys are available.
