We are currently seeking a North West Waiver Services Director for our Rogers, AR location. This person will be responsible for implementation, monitoring, and modification of Waiver Services Person Centered Plans (PCSP) for individuals served. Also responsible to ensure the achievement of objectives specified in each PCSP within all assigned counties in out Northwest Region. Must ensure that licensure standards for Waiver Services are addressed and achieved.
Qualifications include BS/BA Degree or five (5) years experience in the Human Se3rvices/DD field, minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience and valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

Duties:The General Technician is responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment. Identifies and addresses problems prior to break down. Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical systems. Install and or move machinery.
Qualifications:Associates or vocational degree in Industrial or electrical maintenance and or five years of on the job experience. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes and quality standards. Knowledge of applicable safety standards. Knowledge of applicable tools and test equipment.
Physical demands:Must be able to physically endure work schedule. Must be able to endure hot and cold working conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to adjust and move equipment to complete jobs.
