Each level may be won by one qualifying species,meaning if only a qualifying dolphin is caught in level A, 100% of the Calcutta will be awarded to the dolphin. In a case of a tie, money will be split. Levels A & B pay 50/30/20Level C is Winner Take All
*Bluefin retention regulations will be based on the lesser of the angler or charter/headboat category.

IGFA RULES: All IGFA rules apply with the following exceptions. Mates may help with the fish. Spreader bars may be used. The rod may be passed to other anglers. No more than three hooks on each line. Live bait, dead bait and chunking are allowed in Inshore Division. No need to call in any fish. Anyone may assist. Circle hooks are required if fishing Offshore Division. Intentional use of live bait or live bait teasers is not allowed for Billfish Division. No green sticks. Intentional use of live bait or live bait teasers is not allowed for any and all tournaments and seasonal awards. No chunking in any OCMC Tournaments. Bailing dolphin is not allowed in OCMC tournaments.
TOURNAMENT CHANNEL: 72 You must call in all released billfish over the radio--boat name, species, & time. You do not need to call in meatfish.
LAY DAY: Must be declared by the start time of the fishing day. NO EXCEPTIONS. Leave message at the Club: 410-213-1613. If no call is received by the start time of the fishing day, boat or shore based angler is automatically considered as fishing.
You may also declare a lay day at registration.
FISHING GROUNDS OFFSHORE & INSHORE:You cannot fish further than 100 miles from the OC sea buoy no matter what inlet you depart from. You may leave from any Inlet but
all fish must be weighed at Sunset Marina. Circle hooks are required for Offshore fishing.

Photo identification required of a Blue Marlin to ensure proper identification of the Billfish. If no photo identification is available, White Marlin points will be received. In the event of a tie: the boat which released
its last fish first wins. No points awarded for boated Billfish.

OBJECTIONS: The Marlin Club retains 10% of all monies. In the event no fish is caught in a particular Calcutta the money will be returned; less the 10% Marlin Club retention. All protests must be made to the Marlin Club President in writing by 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2020. The tournament will become official at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020. The ruling of the Tournament Committee is final. Winners payment - All winners must complete a W-9 form. All checks will be mailed by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. In the event of a tie, the money will be split equally.
