Our aim is to create houses without any impact on environment but living in harmony with it. HOME™ has a wide range of possible finishes and colours, in particular FFC™, the ultra-light composite material patented by Friul Filiere and consisting of the mixture of thermoplastic material with vegetal fibers. It looks like wood and is workable like wood but it acts as if it were PVC. With FFC™, HOME™ gives comfortable feelings remaining maintenance free. Moreover, each house can be equipped with “stand alone” and suitable solar panel system to generate power for different domestic uses.

One of the most pressing needs in many countries around the world is housing solutions. Governments have to deal with natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes or floods; cities face many complex issues due to a fast social development, including providing and mantaining high quality services to millions of people. Starting from our 30 years experience, we have developed our own answer: a brand new modular building system.

Dedicated to social housing in order to face fast urban development and to reclaim degraded urban areas. HOME™ can give people a better place to live in, with the basic sanitary conditions such as clean water, hygienic and hydraulic system.

In case of natural disasters or violent conflicts, HOME™ can be rapidly installed to give shelter to people in need. In few days houses, surgeries, offices of international organizations and schools can be completed.

SELF - ESTINGUISHING

A special UV resistant layer is added on the PVC external

surface . This material is modified with additives able to influence

lifespan, chemical, weather, abrasion and outdoor resistance.

Stabilizer ensure the heat stability of the material and protect the

product from changes.

The main structure of the house is a steel structure.

Plastic profiles and panels are installed on a steel columns

frame. This method guarantees the resistence of the house

in case of earthquake.

Our major advantage is the rapid assembly. A complete 56

sqm house can be built within one week by few people without any

heavy machines.

All the elements of the main panel are loaded in pieces which can

be easily assembled at site. This allows the saving o f an important amount of space

usually occupied by the traditional hollowed panels. Concrete

is not needed to fill the walls making it possible to disassemble the panels and relocate the house.

The internal panel is made in FFC™ material (patented by Friul Filiere ). It consists of the mixture

of thermoplastic material with vegetal fiber s, lightened with

closed cells expansion. This material has the property

to cease burning once the source of the flame as been removed.

HOME™ is safe.

To improve thermal insulation performance of the wall,

it is possible to fill the panel with different materials

depending on the requirements (plasterboard, cork, coconut fiber,

EPS, concrete, etc)

The internal panel made in FFC™ material is transpiran t.

Inside the house life is healthy thanks to both the FFC™ material of the internal wall panels and the

ventilated roof which create a natural ideal microclimate.

Many different windows and transparent Plexiglas spot

lightings under the roof create a confortable place to live in,

and allow natural light to come inside of the rooms.

HOME™ patented building system is based on the new concept of the main wall panel. The basic element of the building system is a modular panel composed of two profiles (external and internal) mutually joined by plastic connection profiles which are made to slide easily between the two main panels.

This innovative concept allows to: • to use different materials for external and internal wall panels; • to save 2/3 of the space in the container during shipment;

Moreover • the internal panel is made in FFC™ material, which is a foamed mixture of natural fibers and thermoplastic materials: FFC™ looks like wood, creates an homely atmosphere but is self-estinguishing and transpirant, ideal to have a safe and healthy environment inside the house.
