party that does not wish to sell can buy the others out. If subject property is a

larger parcel of land the parties can agree to survey out the pieces they want and

give each other deeds for their respective parcels. If the parties cannot agree or if

the party that does not wish sell cannot buy the others out then the ones that

want to sell can go to an attorney and inquire about filing a Petition to Partition

Action. On a basic level this is where a lawsuit is filed and a Judge can make

determinations as to how the property and monies are allocated.

Be Body Smart

Good posture can prevent backacheswhen raking leaves. Keep your head upand back straight. Relieve back pressureby raking using the “scissors” stance:whereby you place one foot forward andthe other back, reversing position afterseveral minutes.

When mowing, move the mower withyour body weight as much as possible,rather than relying on your arms andback.

And use ergonomically designed rakes,shears and pruners that require less handstrength than traditional ones.

Rake and Haul Easily

Put away the loud, smelly leaf blower.Nothing is worse than raking leaves on a

windy day, only to have them blownaround.

Try an easier approach.
