A data validation and reconciliation platform applicable to any industry

Sigmafine Features Plant-wide and Unit Balances. Sigmafine data reconciliation is used for mass, volume, and energy balances on a unit or plant-wide basis. A gross error detection process preceeds the balance. Unmeasured Flow Calculation. Accurately calculate unmeasured flows based on reconciled measurements. Production/Yield Accounting. Sigmafine incorporates receipts, shipments, inventory, and process data into the plant’s production numbers. Yield reports can be based on a shift, daily, month-to-date, year-to-date or any other basis. Composition Tracking. Liquids and solids bulk storage composition tracking is provided by Sigmafine. Composition tracking is based on receipts to storage tanks, feed to the process plant and operations within the offsites and storage units. Component Balance.
