On March 24, 2008, Governor John Lynch signed Executive Order 2008-03, creating The Task Force for the Retention and Recruitment of a Young Workforce for New Hampshire. The Task Force was charged with researching, creating and presenting to the Governor a strategic set of recommendations designed to improve New Hampshire's ability to retain and recruit the young workers who will help support the state's economy in the coming years.
