The Wrath of Bullying

Bullying is persistent unwelcome behavior, mostly using unwarranted or invalid criticism, nit-picking, fault-finding, also exclusion, isolation, being singled out and treated differently, being shouted at, humiliated, excessive monitoring, having verbal and written warnings imposed, and much more.What is bullying when you see it?The purpose of bullying is to hide inadequacy. Bullying has nothing to do with managing etc.; good managers manage, bad managers bully. Therefore, anyone who chooses to bully is admitting their inadequacy, and the extent to which a person bullies is a measure of their inadequacy. A person also bullies others because he may think that he/she is much superior to them. He may consider superiority in terms of intelligence, social status, financial status, and some similar factors.Somebody has a different personality and appearance , too fat, skinny, smart, doesnt look swaged out , or homo-sexual.

Why do people bully others?

Physical bullying occurs when a person uses overt bodily acts to gain power over peers. Physical bullying can include kicking, punching, hitting or other physical attacks.Unlike other types of bullying in schools, physical bullying is easy to identify because the acts are so obvious. Physical bullies tend to demonstrate high levels of aggression from a young age and are more likely to be boys.As you get older, physical abuse can take the form of sexual bullying, where men harass and even tease women. It also can be where men are assaulted by other men, and sometimes women.

The most common type of bullying is physical bullying.

These are many examples of how abusing takes place: at school or any other public areas. The Problem is that when victims do report situations like these most teachers and principals dont bother to assist them in treatment if they are aware of bullying. Teachers and other peers dont care to listen, but soon theyll regret it when their appointed to a funeral. Bullying wont stop because its like a light bulb that doesnt looses energy.

Imagine what would happen if bullying is not controlled and stop. It can become a serious hazard for those who are the victim. They might put their life into danger with no mercy. Do you stop bullying when you see it? Are you a bystander, and just let the bully get what he/she wants? Will you test your knowledge with a courageous act and stand up for whats right?

Whats The Problem?8Its time for us to stand up and overcome bullying for our healthy living. The time to explain to all the bullies that we are tired of them distracting us from succeeding in life. From a push to a pull, to a punch to a kick bullies will feel the wrath of the victims that have been suffering for the longest, and now were uniting stomping them once and for all.This is your communityand it want get better if we dont do anything about it. So go out and help somebody itll be worth the try because later on in life, youll say, I remember I saved a person from committing suicide and I felt great about it.Step Up so Others wont get Stepped On

The best way to help stop bullying is to follow this simple instructions from my point of view:Create an anti-bullying program/leadership group that educates students about what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior during an after-school club.Challenge students in becoming bully-free/create role plays in school theater, to teach students of the damages bullying does in life. Make posters , pledges, raps, and more Make your school a multi-cultural and respectful environment.Get parents involved in fundraisers/supporting activities in school.Spread the word around your own community/encourage them to not bully.
