Flooding caused by typhoons is the main cause why service in tourism is disturbed. In order to improve the production, proper irrigation system should be provided. New technique such as Bioswales should also be considered to progress the production and also may provide reusability of water that can be used for other features

Recommendation

The figure shows the procedure of putting the coconut fibre on the wall square wood form then filled it with concrete cement.

Page 44: Thesis Presentation Chapter 1-4

STRUCTURAL CONCEPT

The coconut husk is a very effective way for a cost efficient and sustainable way of construction. Coconut shell can be an innovation for a project for it gives properties and specifications that can help adapt to the climate change in the country.

MAT FOUNDATION Mat Foundation is economical for it does not need boring unlike pile method which causes a lot of time and money for construction. It is also very efficient for a soil that is overexposed to water.

Page 45: Thesis Presentation Chapter 1-4

SPACE CONCEPTThe proponent aims for the focal point to be the recreational activity area for the farm resort for it is the essence of creating an alternate destination to Boracay Island

Page 46: Thesis Presentation Chapter 1-4

UTILITY CONCEPT

Bioswales is a technology that helps to lessen the level of flood water, it helps to filter and make the flood water reusable to every household. By using bioswales, various vegetations can still be planted because it does not affect the growth or the process of a plant.
