We do sometimes see tragedies during these freak weather events and it is a relief that we didn’t experience any of these given we had local road closures. Gully View FERNTREE GULLY NORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL’S CHRISTMAS ‘GIVING TREE’ As per the past few years, our Christmas tree in the foyer is the place to drop off

donations of gifts for local, needy families. We have called this our ‘Giving Tree’.

Donations will be collected on the last day of school and distributed at the Christmas

lunch provided and hosted by Foothills Community Care (see advertisement later in

the Newsletter). Please donate your gift from Friday 1st December when our tree

will be up in the office foyer. It is preferable that gifts remain

unwrapped so they can be given to the correct age group on

Christmas day. Thank you for your continued generosity and

support. The response in the past from Ferntree Gully North has

been very generous which has helped to support the 200+ people

who come along on the day.

HELPERS NEEDED IN THE ENVIRO CENTRE OVER THE HOLIDAYS!

If there are any families able to help water the plants, feed the chooks etc in the Enviro Centre please leave your details at the office with days/times available.

You get to take home delicious free range, organic eggs as well as the reward of knowing

you are helping the school.

Thank you to those who have already offered assistance, but we still need more please!
