This office announces the conduct of the Division Level Competitions on POPQUJZ and On- the —spot Skills on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 8:00 o'clock A.M. at Negros Oriental High School. 2. There are three categories of the competitions, namely: a. POPQUIZ b. Poster making c. Essay Writing 3. The competitions are open to all third year high school students who are currently enrolled in both public and private schools. 4. Participants to the Division Level Competitions are the 1st place winners in the district level with coaches and District Secondary School Araling Panhipunan Coordinators. Contestants of Poster Making Contest are required to bring white cartolina, pencils and crayons. 5. Traveling expenses and incidental expenses are chargeable against the School MOOE/SSGIPTA funds subject to its usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
