The Travel Alert PortalThe Travel Alert Portal can be accessed by Travel Managers via FCM Hub and is essentially a database of all WorldAware’s travel alerts, dating back 3 years with the most recent listed at the top. Travel Alerts can be customised by Country and Category to help the Travel Manager stay up-to-date with the latest incidents worldwide.

The Secure DashboardThe Secure Dashboard is a travel tracker solution, designed to help customers proactively assess their most frequented destinations and react by locating their travellers during a critical incident.

Clients in Secure will be greeted with 9 unique dashboard tabs comprising of country health and security assessment ratings, detailed traveller risk reports,

future trip planning analytics, and Sam:] location sharing. Traveller reports can be extracted from the Dashboard at any time 24/7, or an automated daily report can be configured with your Account Manager. And in response to the crisis, for our global customers we have created a COVID-19 dashboard, which includes case numbers, country recovery rates and information on travel restrictions.

How do travellers get this Secure intelligence?FCM created Sam:] with WorldAware Intelligence. The goal is to make sure that when travellers book, they immediately know what’s going on in their destination and while on their trip, they are kept up-to-date with additional intelligence. Travellers receive travel alerts will include the actual geo-coordinates of the threat, based on their GPS location

and the itinerary reservation. Travellers can also share their location from the Sam:] app, which feeds directly through to the Secure Dashboard notifying the business that they are safe. Emergency contact numbers are also included in the Sam:] app, including local numbers for fire, police or ambulance as well as the organisation’s emergency contact or third party number. From the Sam:] app you can also call your Travel Expert directly.

What if my business works with other third party intelligence partners?At FCM we work very closely with WorldAware, International ISOS and other third parties. We ensure that our technology is flexible enough to be able

to integrate these partners if required by the customer. For instance, customers who have partnered with ISOS can gain direct access to their Intelligence Portal from HUB’s main screen. For travellers, our Sam:] Travel Alerts are now available with a direct contact feature for one of ISOS’s travel assistance centres.
