Underserved COVID-19 Impacted Individuals Statewide Adult Eligibility - Grant Code 2051
Individuals who do not qualify for the Dislocated Worker Program can be enrolled in the Adult Program. All Supportive Service Activities will be entered in the Statewide Adult Grant Code 2051.

WSC Staff is responsible for the following:
WSC – Selecting the WSC Office Location when reporting a WIOA Basic
Career service.
WSC – Selecting the Social Enterprise Office Location when reporting a
Supportive Service using Grant Code 2051 (Statewide Adult Program).

1. Select the Grant
Grant Code 2051 (Statewide Adult Program) required when entering Supportive Service Activities.
The Adult WIOA Program does not require a Grant Code.
2. Enter Activity Code
All WIOA Adult Basic Career Service Activities will be entered in the Adult Program.
All Supportive Service Activities will be entered in the Underserved COVID-19 Grant 2051 (Statewide Adult Program).
3. Enter the Projected Begin Date, Actual Begin Date, and Projected End Date for the activity. If it is a one-day activity, all three dates would be the same. * Actual Begin Date is REQUIRED.
Projected Begin Date and Actual Begin Date – The system will only accept a date that is within the last 30 days. This is the 30-day lockdown.
Follow the WIOA Duration Period for all WIOA activities.

Responsibilites - WSC staff will be responsible for the following:
Entering the WIOA Title I Adult Program Application
Creating WIOA Adult activities.
Co-enrolling participant in the Underserved COVID-19 Program Grant 2051 by entering the Supportive Service Activity.
Social Enterprise staff will be responsible for the following:
Social Enterprise will deliver support service to the participant and collect required support documentation
The Social Enterprise is to add case notes documenting that the participant received the Underserved COVID-19 Impacted Individual supportive service.
To verify that the support service and activity were reported in the system for tracking purposes, the staff is to run a weekly CalJOBS Services Provided Individuals - List Report.
