Unite understands that all clients have di�erent levels of comfort with technology. Ourtraining goes many layers deep however with years of experience, we’ve recognized thateven the most experienced conference user is capable of making an error.  �is becauseeven with the best training, moments before a conference begins, clients are focused onlast minute details for their presentation.  How do we at Unite Conferencing deal withthese types of challenges?

If our clients experience a challenge with a conference... even though it was realized bythe client that is was completely their fault, we will issue a credit** for 50% of yourconferencing immediately, retrained the clients on the service once more to prevent asecond mishap and o�er to send out a letter from Unite Conferencing accepting fullresponsibility for the challenge.  �is to ensure the clients reputation is not tarnished...no other company will come close to our customer service....
