REALMANAGE PRESENTATION Presentation of management company service offer by Steve Jordan, senior vice president of the Austin branch of RealManage. 2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS The following officers were elected at the meeting. All officers were elected unanimously. President – Jeremiah Bentley 1st Vice President – Nellie Wiedenkeller 2nd Vice President – Del Rogers Treasurer – Joel Hotchkiss Secretary – Shelley Dent 3. REAL MANAGE Discussion regarding Real Manage. Board will work on getting proposal from Steve Jordan. 4. POOL Discussion regarding comparison of pool management services between RealManage pool services and using YMCA, which has been used in past years. YMCA will visit the Board on 4/25 to make presentation regarding the services they offer. 5. OTHER TOPICS DISCUSSED Landscaping and pool hours were both discussed informally. 6. BANK RESOLUTION Board voted unanimously to grant access to Harris Branch Residential Property Owners Association account to Jeremiah Bentley and Joel Hotchkiss. Jeremiah and Joel are authorized to work with Bank of America in order to secure access as signators on the account. 7. TO DO AGENDA A. Joel – call YMCA to confirm pool appointment. B. Nellie/Shelley - Make copies of binder from interim board. C. Jeremiah/Joel - get bank/check writing set up. 8. NEXT MEETING Next meeting to be held on 4/19/2006 at 7 p.m. at the REC Center. Topics to be covered: A. Discuss RealManage proposal B. Pool discussion. C. Prepare article on board activity for monthly newsletter. In addition to being a matter of courtesy to your neighbors, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) for the Harris Branch Property Owner’s Association (HBRPOA) includes Use Restrictions that prohibit a property from disturbing the peace, quiet, safety, comfort or serenity of the occupants of surrounding properties. These Use Restrictions are binding upon all Owners, occupants, invitees and licensees of the HBRPOA. Be a good neighbor!
