We encourage frequent reception of this sacrament of God's love. Appointments for private confessions can be made by calling the rectory. Eve of Holydays & First Fridays. - By Appointment Only SACRAMENT OF CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE: The Sacrament of Matrimony requires a time of spiritual, intellectual and emotional preparation. Couples must make arrangements with one of the priests at least six months prior to the tentative wedding date, at least one party must be a registered member of Nativity B.V.M. parish. The Marriage Preparation Program includes participation in a Pre-Cana Program. SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM: The Sacrament of Baptism is administered on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at 1:00 PM. All parents expecting their first child are required to attend a Pre-Jordan Class prior to the birth of the child held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Rectory. Godparents are also to be present or schedule to attend a class else- where. All other Baptisms may be scheduled after talking to one of the priest regarding arrangements and requirements to be a Godparent. Scheduling a Baptism must be completed three weeks before the requested date. VISITING THE SICK: Please notify us when a parishioner is sick or hospitalized so we can pray for them, visit them and bring them the consolation of the sacraments. Also, it is most fitting to receive the full Rite of the Sacrament of the Sick here at Church prior to a planned hospital visit or operation. This can be arranged on any day of the year.
