Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £10.00 per person for New Year’s Eve is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders and submit meal pre-orders four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Within the stylish surroundings of the Deansgate Suite, celebrate the festive season with our famed Festive Party Nights. From 7:00pm enjoy a sparkling drinks reception followed by a tasty three-course meal with freshly brewed coffee and mince pies. Then, after dinner, dust off your dancing shoes and take to the dance floor, where our interactive DJ will keep you entertained until 1:00am.

Christmas Afternoon Tea at Cloud 23 is a fabulously festive affair. Both a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes, enjoy delicious Christmassy delights amidst the clouds. This year we’re delighted to present both a Christmas and Winter Wonderland-themed Afternoon Tea. Enjoy delectable items such as chocolate and orange frangipane tarts, festive-flavoured macaroons and cinnamon and sultana scones with clotted cream and jam.

Our selection of savoury items includes turkey, stuffing and cranberry cobs, croque-monsieur, mushroom duxelle tarts and prawn cocktail wraps.
