Join us for a joint worship service at Wiley Lutheran for Ash Wednesday - February 13th at 7 pm.

We join Peter, James, and John in their perplexity of the situation. High on the mountain, overlooking the vastness of God’s Kingdom, Christ is transformed before them. The tabernacles, tents or shelters (translations differ) represent our vulnerability, fallibility, and wanderings. The tents represent God’s activity and constant movement as well – God moves with us and is present to us in Christ.
