My Dear Students and Parents,

MIT WPU, with its legacy of four decades of association with industries/universities of repute around the world, encourages its students toundertake an International Study Tour (IST). This tour, featuring visits to the best of the universities in the UK, Europe and Asia, will ensure thatthe students are enriched with unmatched learning by gaining exposure in terms of subject-wise knowledge; practical experience in foreignlaboratories; discussions with highly acclaimed professors; in addition to developing a network of future global professional colleagues inmultiple cultural environments.

This tour is planned with subsidy from MIT WPU which will facilitate all the logistics needed for the tour. Since this is a popular choice with morethan 1000 MITWPU students having already gone through international immersion in last two years, the costs involved are bare minimum dueto large numbers. Further, it will not be possible to undertake this tour at this cost for any individual. No other university has embarked upon anexercise of this magnitude like MIT WPU which wants to distribute its longstanding international benefits to students.

Though designed as an optional tour, considering the global exposure that the student gets which employers are looking for and giving aweightage increasing employment prospects, every student must undertake this International Study Tour. This program has become popularwith MIT WPU students as it helps them in many ways, including the final placements.

Student applies on MIT WPU Website for BA

Liberal Arts.

Automated Welcome Email is sent to the

applicants as well as inquiries.

Student requests for Admission Process

guidance from School Admission Team by

writing to the school email id

School Admission Team shares the process

along with Psychometric

Assessment Link with student by replying to

Student’s request Email.

Student Appears for Psychometric Assessment.

Student selects and blocks Interview slot

Student submits Statement of Purpose to the panel and the panel

reviews the Statement of Purpose.

Student faces Interview panel as per booked slot

Selection List is prepared and student is

communicated through email communication

Student takes provisional admission by paying Rs.

1.25 lacs

Final Merit list is displayed after

declaration of 12th HSC results.

if students name appears in the Merit list, student

pays the second installment of Rs. 1.25

lacs

Admission is confirmed subject to fulfillment of

eligibility and payment of 3rd installment of 1 lac

(OR) Passed its equivalent examination with 50% Marks in aggregate (45%in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons withDisability belonging to Maharashtra State only)

Other Than Maharashtra (OMS) Candidaturei. Candidate should be an Indian Nationality.ii. Passed 10+2 / 12th / HSC Examination with English subject (OR)iii. Three Years Engineering Diploma Recognized by GovernmentCompetent Authority (OR) Passed its equivalent examination with 50%Marks in aggregate.

Foreign Nation / NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulfcountries

i. Passed 10+2 / 12th / HSC Examination with English subject (OR) itsequivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks in aggregate
