Preparing your account in Vreasy
Make sure your Vreasy account has all of your properties prepared with the following details:
A. Property content should be filled in the property page

B. Make sure your property has all of the seasonal prices ready in Vreasy

C. Make sure your Vreasy calendar is 100% correct and contains all of your Booking.com future reservations:
Your Vreasy Account is now ready to be connected with Booking.com!
2.OnboardingLet’s get on board!
Onboarding your accountA. Provide a full list of your Booking.com properties to the Vreasy
Onboarding team along with the corresponding properties from Vreasy
B. Provide a CSV to Vreasy Onboarding team with all of your future Booking.com reservations in the following format:

Onboarding your accountIMPORTANT: add the Vreasy Phone number to your B.com 2 factor authentication security to be able to log in and request to code ourselves: +1 (510) 698-9625
● Be aware that Vreasy Onboarding Team will need you during the onboarding process to provide access to your Booking.com (username, password and verification code)
● The Vreasy Onboarding Team will finish the mapping of all of your existing properties and will reach out to you to confirm that your prices and availability have been uploaded correctly.
● Upon confirmation of prices and availability Vreasy Onboarding Team will put the properties LIVE

● Sync the calendar - Calendar sync between Vreasy and Booking.com is instant, both ways
● Blocking the calendar - To block the calendar on Booking.com you need to:
○ make sure that your Vreasy calendar is up to date
○ When you want to add a new blocked date or reservation you should do it directly in your Vreasy calendar.
○ Once the calendar is blocked in Vreasy the blocked date will be reflected instantly on your Booking.com extranet:

When you receive a new booking.com reservation, the reservation will be reflected instantly on your Vreasy calendar as seen below:

Vreasy will also notify you by email that you have received a new booking along with all of the details of the booking:
Onboarding your accountPricing Sync Important : Prices are synced to Booking.com every 10 minutes
Upon connecting your properties, all of your existing Vreasy seasonal prices will be pushed to Booking.com

Vreasy calendar, your default prices from the Booking.com TAB in the property page will be pushed for the entire next year:

3.Seasonal PricesMaximise your Booking.com Revenue

When you set up your seasonal prices for Booking.com you can apply the following changes:
Seasonal Prices STEP 1: Open the seasonal pricing model for the dates that you want to apply the change
Seasonal Prices STEP 2: Click on the ICON to open the advanced settings for Booking.com
“Important!
Booking.com does not support Extra People Charge, Per Person,
Per Night and Monthly Discount % at the rate level.

IMPORTANT: Booking.com only allows the extra person charges to be set up as a default setting.
As a result you can not set this for a specific season - you need to set it as a default setting which will be applied for all dates in your calendar. You can do so by controlling your extra person charges from the booking.com tab in the property page
