Any damages occasioned thereafter, will be deemed to be the Contractor's responsibility, and be made good to the supervising Consultants' satisfaction at the Contractors' expense B During tendering the Tenderer is once again strongly Rads Quants Associates advised to visit the site and ascertain the work to be done before putting a sum of money to cover each item of work described below C All debris and articles arising from demolitions and excavation where not described as to be set aside for re-use or handed over to the employer are to be got out and cleared away from site D Allow for careful demolition of existing sales office building and cart away debris as dire sum E Allow for removal of all electrical installations, pipework, fuel pumps, canopies and cart away as directed sum Fence F Allow for careful demolition of perimeter fencing around the fuel dump and cart away debris from site (Approx Area 240 sq.m sum G Remove existing metal gate and cart away as directed sum
