The participants shared three dimensions of knowledge sharing: knowledge exchanging, socialization and knowledge transformation. Whereas, the emerging variable which is the quality of work life consists of five dimensions: job design, capacity development, career advancement, compensations, and social integration. The study was conducted on a sample of (207) employees in Jordanian food companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, a number of appropriate statistical parameters were used, including the multiple regression coefficient. The study found a statistically significant impact on knowledge sharing in the quality of working life in the Jordanian food industry. Knowledge Sharing and its Impact on Quality of Work Life Field Study of Jordanian Food

Industry Firms

Abstract:

This study aims to test the impact of knowledge sharing on the quality of working life in the Jordanian food industry. The participants shared three dimensions of knowledge sharing: knowledge exchanging, socialization and knowledge transformation. Whereas, the emerging variable which is the quality of work life consists of five dimensions: job design, capacity development, career advancement, compensations, and social integration. The study was conducted on a sample of (207) employees in Jordanian food companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, a number of appropriate statistical parameters were used, including the multiple regression coefficient. The study found a statistically significant impact on knowledge sharing in the quality of working life in the Jordanian food industry. In the light of the results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations.
